Help Build One of Northeast Ohio's Premier Hardscape Divisions
Doskoch Lawn Care is expanding its Hardscape Division and is looking for an experienced Mason / Concrete & Stone Specialist to join our growing team.
We're building a high-end outdoor construction division specializing in patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, decorative concrete, natural stone, and custom masonry. If you take pride in craftsmanship and want to be part of something that's growing quickly, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Install concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, aprons, and steps.
- Form, pour, finish, and cure concrete.
- Install cultured stone and natural stone veneer.
- Build block walls, retaining walls, and masonry features.
- Install paver patios, walkways, fire pits, and outdoor living areas.
- Read plans and maintain proper grades and elevations.
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and construction equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Work closely with the Hardscape Manager to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to Doskoch quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5 years of masonry, concrete, or hardscape experience preferred.
- Experience with:
- Concrete flatwork
- Stone veneer
- Natural stone
- Block and brick installation
- Decorative concrete
- Retaining walls
- Paver installation
- Ability to read plans and perform layout work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Equipment operating experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
