Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Atlanta, GA. The Medical Assistant will support the clinical team by assisting with patient care, maintaining medical records, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring seamless medical office operations. The role may also involve interacting with patients to gather information and provide assistance during procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting with a focus on supporting clinical staff during examinations and procedures
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology relevant to aesthetic and clinical procedures
- Experience working in a Medical Office, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional environment
- Strong skills in providing Patient Care, including empathetic communication and ensuring comfort during appointments
- Knowledge and experience in handling Medical Records, including accurate documentation and compliance with privacy standards
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) certification is preferred
- Previous experience in an aesthetics or dermatology clinic is a plus
