About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician/Laser Practitioner who is skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about luxury aesthetics. The right candidate will be proficient in advanced skincare treatments and motivated to self-promote their services while contributing to the growth of the clinic.
Requirements
- Active Georgia Esthetician License and Laser Practitioner License
- Experience performing facials, peels, and laser treatments
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Ability to self-promote and attract new clients (the spa focuses primarily on injections; estheticians are expected to build their own following)
- A passion for luxury aesthetics and patient care
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laser Hair Removal and other Hair Removal techniques,
- Proficiency in Tattoo Removal on Pico
- Experience with Microneedling and related advanced skin care treatments
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and general knowledge of medicine related to skincare
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a positive client experience
- Relevant certifications for aesthetic treatments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in a medical spa or clinical setting is a plus
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and maintaining patient confidentiality
