**Position Overview:**

As the General Manager of Dos Santos, you will be the key driver of our restaurant’s success. Your primary responsibilities will include motivating and inspiring your team, maintaining high operational standards, and enhancing the overall guest experience. You will lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Additionally, you will focus on increasing sales while ensuring efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and motivate a diverse team by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide ongoing training and support to help team members grow and succeed in their roles.

- Guest Experience: Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience meets our high standards. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to create lasting impressions.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

- Financial Management: Demonstrate strong financial acumen by managing budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling costs. Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales and attract new guests. Collaborate with the team to identify upselling opportunities and create promotions that resonate with our audience.

- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and the community to enhance the restaurant's presence and reputation.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a high-volume setting.

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
