Position Overview
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Servers & Bartenders to join our Dos Banderas family! If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, team-first attitude — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver warm, friendly service to every guest
- Guide guests through the menu, including food, margaritas, and specials
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and bar offerings
- Accurately take and deliver orders
- Serve food and beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere with a dynamic personality
- Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Process payments accurately and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Dynamic, engaging personality with a passion for hospitality
- Team player who supports coworkers and jumps in when needed
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay upbeat and professional in a busy environment
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required - POS experience, Toast preferred but not required
- Must meet legal age requirements and hold (or obtain) TABC & Food Handler certifications
