Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production / Packaging Associates to join our warehouse team. This role involves assisting with bottling, packaging, labeling, and light machinery operation on production lines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bottling and packaging of tablets and gummies
- Support the packaging line with proper sticker application/ display organization
- Operate light machinery and production line equipment (training provided)
- Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance
- Label, box, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Light machinery operation or production line experience a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Compensation & Benefits:
