The Role
- Pick up and deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests
- Ensure dishes are presented correctly and consistently, meeting restaurant quality standards
- Communicate guest requests and special instructions clearly to servers and kitchen staff
- Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed to support smooth and timely service
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to keep the service areas organized and ready for the next shift
- Anticipate needs during service to help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
- Maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants under 18 may be required to provide a valid school work permit
- Must have or be able to obtain a California Food Handler Certificate before training
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Competent to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including frequent overhead lifting
- Capable to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
