What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and community partners.
- Generate mortgage business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
- Guide members through every stage of the mortgage process.
- Recommend mortgage solutions that align with borrower goals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline while delivering exceptional service.
- Stay current with lending regulations, market trends, and loan programs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of one year of mortgage origination experience OR two years in processing, underwriting, or mortgage closing.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Active NMLS Registration
- Ability to develop and maintain referral partnerships.
- Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, USDA, and DU technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Associate Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Must be bondable.
