Jr Member Solutions Representative
Position Purpose:
Help protect the credit union's assets by minimizing delinquency and losses through effective member communication, investigation, negotiation, and collection efforts. This role also supports loss prevention and recovery initiatives within Risk Services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Consumer loan collections or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
