The Role
As a Commercial Lender, you will:
- Grow business loans and deposits through new client relationships
- Manage an existing commercial loan portfolio
- Execute sales strategies and meet growth goals
- Build strong relationships within the community
What You Bring
- 4 years in business banking/business development
- 3 years in commercial real estate lending
- Proven sales success and strong relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills
