Finance & Restructuring Associate (#1035) - Minneapolis

Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an associate for its Finance & Restructuring group with two to five years of experience to join the Minneapolis office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy and related insolvency matters and/or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche and mezzanine transactions.

Qualified Candidates Will Have

• A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
• Two to five years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm;
• Minnesota bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Minnesota;
• Strong communication and writing skills; and
• Top academic credentials.
  
  

For Minneapolis applicants only, the salary range for this position is $210,000 - $265,000. Pay is determined based on depth of experience in the practice area. The individual hired for this position may have the option of electing a lower billable-hours track with a proportional reduction in salary. Associates are eligible to participate in Dorsey’s associate bonus program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
