This position is Monday thru Friday and can offer flexible hours.
Job Description
- Answer incoming calls using a multiple line phone system.
- Triage Phone calls to Medical Assistants and Providers
- Schedule Appointments, make referrals, send medical records
- Check patients in and out using electronic medical record system, verifying insurance and collecting payments as needed.
- Reconcile end of night reports Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer and math skills
- Well organized and ability to multi task
- Willingness to take direction and learn new tasks as needed
- Work efficiently as part of a team.
Job Type:

Experience:
- 1 year experience in dermatology or medical office preferred.
Education:
- High school diploma or higher
