LINE COOK/ PREP COOK POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare high quality food items to order in a timely manner
- Follow recipe/presentation guidelines
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform tasks requiring bending stretching, and twisting. Have a high level of mobility/flexibility
- Multitask, communicate, and work efficiently with other staff. Committed to teamwork
- Assist in food preparation for caterings and takeout orders
- Stock, maintain cleanliness, and organize in line with establishment's sanitation protocols
- Transport items and containers (weighing up to 30lbs)

- HOURS/DAYS OF OPERATION: Sundays- CLOSED; Mondays- 11:00am-6:00pm; Tuesday-Saturday 11:00am-8:00pm
SHIFTS:
- Day shifts
- 4-5 hour shift (10:15am/11:00am - 4:00pm)
- 8-9 hour shift (10:15am/11:00am - 8:30pm)
- Evening shifts
- 4 hour shift (4:00pm - 8:30 pm)
- 6 hour shift (2:00pm - 8:30 pm)
- 8-9 hour shift (10:15am/11:00am - 8:30 pm)
