Barista - Part Time

Are you a coffee lover? That perfect cup elicits something really special, from the enticing aroma to the comforting feeling ushered in by the first sip. When customers visit the DLM Coffee Bar, it's a bright spot in their day. For some, it's even a splurge. And that experience starts with their barista. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual who has a contagious passion for great food and coffee to join our DLM Coffee Bar team. In our dynamic Coffee Bars, you’ll have the opportunity to complete barista-level trainings, learn about the history and origin of great coffee, and best of all – meet great people!

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior coffee knowledge is a plus.
• 18 years or older is preferred.
  
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 30lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
