We are seeking college students or soon to be graduates for our full-time or part-time summer positions at DormCo, an online retail company.
About the Opportunity
The summer months represent a busy time for us as we prepare for college dorm supplies season. We need team members to help fulfill orders and take on extra tasks during this period. This has been an ideal summer job with guaranteed hours for college students for the last 14 years.
Responsibilities
- Organize the warehouse
- Pick orders
- Pack orders
- Ship orders
You will learn about online retail, shipping, supply chain management, warehouse activity, and internet sales while working in our fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you can expect:

- Opportunities for overtime (1.5X rate) from mid-July to August
Pay starts at $16 per hour, with raises based on performance possible within 30 days. A Guaranteed Summer Completion Bonus of $260 (= 2 Days of Paid Time Off) is also available.

- Must live in the Nashville, TN area or be willing to relocate for the summer
