Job Opportunity: Concrete Finishers / Laborers – Slip-Form Crew
Dormark Construction Company is actively hiring Concrete Finishers and Laborers for our upcoming construction season. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our slip-form crew.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Concrete finishing
- Directing concrete trucks during pours
- Tying reinforcing steel
- General labor duties as needed
Compensation:
- Davis Bacon Wage on federally funded projects
- Base rate of $25 – $29 per hour on non-federal projects
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable standing and working on uneven ground and rebar
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug screen
- Some travel is required (heavy highway construction)
