Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping people and creating a positive experience for every customer. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for scheduling service calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and supporting our field technicians to ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, occasional overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in HVAC, home services or trades industries
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is highly preferred, or similar field/service management software platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for problem solving and

- Knowledge of HVAC terminology and service processes
