Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software to track progress and milestones
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical accuracy
- Manage project budgets by performing construction estimating and cost control analysis using HeavyBid or similar software
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues early, and implement corrective actions promptly
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management and project coordination in diverse environments
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other industry-standard tools
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Deep understanding of contracts, procurement processes, and subcontractor management
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Proven expertise in project scheduling and resource allocation for large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and cost control measures
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Experiance with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
