What you will do
- Oversee employment engagement programs and community involvement across the Americas to ensure thoughtful alignment with the company's values, culture and strategic priorities
- Strengthen governance process, prioritization and budget management for employee and community brand engagement initiatives. Report regularly on outcomes for leadership visibility and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Serve as strategic connector across locations with Culture Clubs and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to strengthen collective impact and promote consistent alignment, planning, collaboration, and best practices
- Support effective communications/campaigns that drive brand engagement and connection among employees and our local communities
What we require
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, organization development, or related field.
- 5 years' experience in corporate marketing, communications, community engagement, and employee initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and budgets across diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to build relationships, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across a multi-location organization

- Experience with Canva, Campaign Monitor, Monday.com
