What You Will Do
- Full-stack development of new products and features
- Ongoing full-stack maintenance and enhancement of existing applications
- Active participation in daily stand-up meetings
- Engagement in weekly team alignment and planning sessions
- Collaboration with team leads and product managers to plan, prioritize, and assign work items
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent in education/experience
- 3 years of experience in software development and application design
- Solid understanding of multi-tier (n-tier) architecture and application structure
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio 2022 and Microsoft technologies, including C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET MVC
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and XML
- Experience developing desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
- Ability to travel at least 15% (domestic/international)
- Experience developing cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI
- Familiarity with Telerik UI Component Suite for building rich user interfaces
- Working knowledge of modern web frameworks, including Blazor, Razor, or Angular
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated deployments
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for build, release, and pipeline management
