Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk based in San Jose. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for Shipping: Compile and package orders appropriate for shipment to domestic and international customers.
This position will be on First Shift from (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with a base pay range of $20/hour - $25/hour. Mandatory overtime, as needed.

What You Will Do
- Compile and package orders appropriate for shipment to domestic and international customers
- Compile shipping reports
- Adhere to shipping Dangerous Good Regulations, DOT and IATA
- Work to improve shipment time to customers
- Help maintain and update shipping procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to collect data and report results
- Computer skills in MS word, Excel, Teams
- Ability to trouble-shoot issues
- Knowledge of English grammar, verbal and written
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs.
- QuickBooks experience
- Oracle knowledge
- Inventory and shipment knowledge
