What You Will Do
- Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians
- Enter service call orders into the service tracking system
- Dispatch service calls to Service Technicians and follow up to ensure all aspects of the service process are completed accurately
- Provide coordination assistance for National Accounts
- Data entry related to customer accounts and transactions
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Experience as dispatcher and/or experience with accounts receivable or billing
