What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker/Pastry Chef position at Doris Italian Market & Bakery?
Experienced baker. Management experience is a plus and could have an effect on pay rate.
Scratch baking including bench work, cookies and pastries, decorating experience a plus. Minimum 5 years experience in scratch baking. Although not a necessity, knowledge in Italian bakery products is also a plus.
Scaling, Mixing, molding, oven. Inventory control.
Early morning to mid day hours. High volume operation in a gourmet market. Weekends are a must.
