Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and creative Public Relations & Marketing Intern to support our growing brand across media, golf, travel, and lifestyle platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in public relations, digital marketing, and content creation, with opportunities to contribute to real campaigns and media outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to media outlets and partners
- Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and design engaging newsletters, including content planning and distribution
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from clients, media contacts, and audience members in a timely and professional manner
- Support content creation for blogs, podcast promotions, and marketing materials
- Research industry trends, media opportunities, and target audiences
- Assist with branding initiatives and campaign strategy development
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Asana, Canva, Constant Contact (or similar email platforms), and social media scheduling tools
