Orthodontic New Patient Coordinator

Our growing orthodontic practice in Southampton and Bensalem, PA is seeking a part-time or full-time New Patient Coordinator to join our administrative team. We are looking for an outgoing, team-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude! Our orthodontic practice is about much more than just straight teeth and beautiful smiles! At DOG Ortho, our mission is to spread happiness with every new smile! This position requires a self-motivated, organized, well-spoken, problem-solving dental professional or person who loves to make people smile. At least 1-2 years of Customer service / administrative experience preferred. Requirements:

• 1-2 years of Customer service experience preferred
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
• Competency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Hours and Days (both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities):

• Part time option (3 days/week and approximately 23-28 hours per week)
• Full time option (4-5 days/week and approximately 32-40 hours per week)
• No weekends

Pay:

• Based on experience and skill, monthly performance bonuses possible

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
