Doren Inc, a sister company to the R.I. Lampus Company – the western PA leader in Concrete Block, Hardscape Manufacturing and Brick Distribution, is in need of a Diesel Mechanic. We run a number of boom, buggy, and over the road flatbeds year round and are looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our current team in the Springdale garage. Strong history of internal promotion and comradery as a proudly run family business.
This position is Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm with potential overtime.
$2,000 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities include:
- Provide preventative maintenance on trucks and company vehicles
- Computer diagnostics
- Road calls - when a truck or vehicle breaks down
- Complete PA State Inspections on trucks and company vehicles
- Performing work on brakes, clutches, welding and fabrication
- Ensure all vehicles are operable and in safe condition throughout the year
- Manage inventory for mechanical items to ensure proper operating conditions
- Review the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR), as submitted from each driver daily for mechanical issues noted for that vehicle
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL (required)
- PA State Inspection License (Class 7) preferred
- Hydraulic telescopic boom experience is preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
