Dorelle Ventures is looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team! We specialize in residential cleaning, vacation rental turnovers, and short-term rental cleaning. Our goal is to provide every client with a clean, fresh, and welcoming space. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities ● Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and other designated areas. ● Perform vacation rental and Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest stays. ● Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces. ● Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels when needed. ● Empty trash and ensure all areas are clean and organized. ● Clean appliances, countertops, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces as assigned. ● Follow cleaning checklists and meet company quality standards. ● Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items. ● Arrive on time and communicate professionally with the management team. Qualifications ● Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Ability to work independently and follow instructions. ● Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies. ● Previous residential, housekeeping, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. ● Reliable transportation to and from cleaning locations is preferred. ● A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
