Your mission
We are seeking a talented and creative Assistant Video Editor to join our team at Dorel Juvenile. As an Assistant Video Editor, you will be responsible for supporting the Multimedia Production Specialist in creating video and multimedia assets for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of work showcasing your video post-production skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. You should also have a strong understanding of design principles and the latest design trends.
This is a hybrid position and will work onsite 3 days a week in Foxboro, MA.
This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
Key responsibilities
Edit videos ranging from studio productions and text-driven narratives
Capture, source, and/or animate additional images, video, and assets as needed;
Archive and organize projects to streamline productions
Meet video teams' publishing schedules;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Media or other related degree
2 years of related work experience
Mastery of Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
Audio-visual and technology experience a plus
Meticulous organization and media management skills
Up to date knowledge of latest video editing software updates, presets and plugins
An excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong interpersonal skills
A motivated self-starter who pays close attention to detail and is highly organized, capable of meeting tight deadlines
Salary : $51,000 - $71,000
