Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Frederick, MD. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects. Daily tasks include performing take-offs, managing budgets, communicating with clients and vendors, evaluating project specifications, attending on-site customer meetings, and collaborating with the project team to ensure cost efficiency and project feasibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Take-offs
- Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to assess project specifications accurately
- Familiarity with construction software tools is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to project environments
- Relevant experience in residential construction projects is advantageous
