HR/Payroll Administrator

Come be part of Lucky's Team We are a growing Dog Treat manufacturer and E-commerce company located in Norcross with an immediate need for a HR Generalist/Payroll Administrator.

· BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED - THIS IS A MUST - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT BI-LINGUAL

· $18.00 to $22.00 per hour

Essential Functions:

· Onboarding and offboarding.

· Assist with developing programs, policies and practices to maintain the company's compliance with all federal, state and local employment-related regulatory requirements including GMP, OSHA, FDA, Licensing, etc.

· Responsible for HR employment compliance processes including, but not limited to, administration of I-9, monitoring background check process, employment verification, and unemployment claims.

· Responsible for keeping applicable files both paper and electronic.

· Responsible for processing workers compensation claims and assisting with safety policies.

· Responsible for processing payroll.

· Responsible for employee relations.

Organizational skills a must

Qualifications & Experience:

· 3-5 years related work experience and/or education.

· · Recruit for manufacturing, warehouse, and office employees.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED

· Working knowledge of employment laws including, but not limited to the DOL, FLSA, ADA, and EEOC

· Working knowledge of regulatory agency standards including but not limited to FDA, OSHA, GMP, Licensing Requirements, etc.

· Broad knowledge of HR as it relates to leave management and attendance, hiring and recruitment, discipline, labor relations and compliance

· Ability to organize, prioritizes daily work, and maintains strict confidentiality

· Working knowledge of HRIS systems, ATS systems, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Experience in HR and Recruiting in manufacturing and/or warehouse environment required
