Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

We are looking for an experienced attorney with 5 -7 years of experience, who is excited to work on the plaintiff's side of the table. This personal injury attorney loves to fact check, has excellent research, writing, and communication skills, and is smart to take constructive criticism, lead, and directives from supervising attorneys.

This personal injury attorney should also be resourceful, ethical, and a problem solver. Responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with injured clients about their legal needs and concerns.
• Developing strategies to ethically resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Drafting legal documents, such as judgments, petitions, motions, and other pleadings.
• Researching the law and relevant other sources for accurate information.
• Supporting firm-wide organizational business and ethics.

Attorney Requirements:

• Ethical and Professional.
• Willing to follow supervision and directives.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Louisiana.
• Ability to work independently, as well as with supervising attorneys, to develop case strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 (depending on experience), per year in base salary, as well as a strong bonus program based on case-lead generation and/or productivity.
