This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Associate position located in Miami, FL that's ready to work immediately. The Payroll Associate will handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, and maintain accurate employee payroll records. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing payroll transactions, reconciling payroll accounts, and addressing employee inquiries regarding compensation. The Payroll Associate will work closely with the accounting team and ensure adherence to all financial policies and state regulations.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Payroll Management, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Taxes
- Knowledge of general Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to address employee payroll concerns effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel
- Experience in a similar payroll or accounting role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
