Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team Tuesday through Saturday. Weekends are required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including Air B&Bs, residential properties, and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining carpets and hard floors.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Must be flexible and willing to adjust assignments as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as necessary.
