We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused parts associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide phone support for spare parts, accurately identify and verify parts, and manage quotes and order processing to ensure timely fulfillment. This role also involves help with maintaining the Customer Service Portal, Safety Bulletins, and customer records to support efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and professional phone support to customers regarding spare parts inquiries and administrative questions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Identify and verify spare parts accurately to support efficient order processing and inventory control.
- Prepare and issue quotes, process customer orders, and manage order documentation to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining the Customer Service Portal, Safety Bulletins, and customer records to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
Your Profile
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Experience in industrial parts sales, product support, and document management.
- Proficiency with MRP or ERP software systems.
- Ability to read mechanical prints and identify components.
- Familiarity with customer order processes within an MRP/ERP environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated reliability and dependability to provide consistent customer support and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Experience with aerial transportation systems is beneficial but not required.
