Location: West Fargo, ND or Minneapolis, MN

As the Marketing Manager of Website Optimization & Analytics, you will drive forward our plan to deliver industry-best experiences for Bobcat customers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for website planning and KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will deliver on a vision for the .com experience, developing strategies and plans that lead to effective and efficient delivery of content and manage results based KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead conversations about strategic direction for web implementation projects and is a self-starter who can juggle a variety of competing requests, establish clear priorities, and ensure on-time completion of projects. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager of Website Planning.



Role & Responsibility

  • Sets the web strategy efforts, which includes hands on planning, coordinating and shaping the evolution of the current website into an interactive go-to-source and ensuring it maintains or exceeds industry best practices
  • Audit existing sites and create a plan to improve and optimize, creating strategies to grow audience base and web traffic metrics
  • Partner with product planning team and the design, development and templates for product centric pages of the website
  • Collaborate with all marketing staff and leadership to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards
  • Drive forward roadmaps aligned with growth goals while successfully delivering shorter term needs
  • Understand and find synergies across digital channels in partnership with other team members, utilizing the public website as a marketing tool to launch new products, as well as promoting existing products and markets
  • Improve the User Experience of the website, monitoring website performance metrics & optimize for 'on page time', new vs returning visitors, minimize bounce rates, etc.
  • Heavy data analysis of Site Optimization program performance, conducting content audits to optimize information and maximize site visit time metrics for visitors
  • Manage site & mobile A/B testing and personalization programs from idea to execution
  • Assess web analytics tagging and data quality; provide recommendations for web analytics enhancements to improve ability to make key business decisions
  • Ensure website usability, functionality, content and value is ahead of the competition as measured by voice of online customers to maximize the customer experience and generate sales leads


Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in site management and digital analytics
  • CMS experience and ability to understand technical issues and communicate with development teams
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce best practices
  • Digital agency experience or digital lead on the client-side
  • Experience with tag management tools (GTM, Tealium, Ensighten, Signal, or Adobe Launch)
  • Strong analytical background demonstrating an ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations
  • Proven track record of success driving strong positive results within a digital business context
  • Great communication and management skills
  • Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and drive efforts from start to finish
