Doorvest is a growing property management company looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Agent to support our Florida portfolio.

This role will assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, follow up with leads, and help move qualified applicants through the leasing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person property tours.
• Follow up with prospects and encourage applications.
• Answer questions about available homes and the leasing process.
• Coordinate with the leasing team on applications and move-ins.
• Complete property walk-throughs and report maintenance or condition issues.
• Assist with lockboxes, signage, and property photos when needed.
• Provide feedback on pricing, competition, and local rental trends.
• Maintain professional communication with prospects and residents.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Leasing, real estate, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, Google Workspace, and property management software.
• Availability for some evenings and weekends based on showing demand.

Schedule

• Part-time with a flexible schedule.
• $19/hour plus performance-based leasing bonuses.
• Opportunity for additional hours and growth as the portfolio expands.

We’re looking for someone who is responsive, professional, and motivated to help convert leads and showings into successful move-ins.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
