Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to assist with political canvassing in designated neighborhoods. This position involves speaking with residents, conducting short surveys, distributing campaign literature, and representing the campaign in a professional and respectful manner. No sales are involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Walk assigned neighborhoods and visit homes on a designated route
- Conduct brief voter surveys and record responses accurately
- Distribute campaign literature and informational materials
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude during all interactions
- Track completed households and survey results using a smartphone or provided materials
- Report daily progress and any issues encountered while canvassing
Position Details:
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose your own hours and workdays within campaign guidelines
- Part-Time or Full-Time: Set your own availability
- Independent Contractor: This is a 1099 position. You'll be responsible for your own taxes and equipment.
