The ideal candidate will offer advocacy during medical visits, organize medical, dental, and specialized care appointments, provide support during emergencies, and recognize changes in behaviors and conditions through a trauma-informed lens. This role emphasizes advocacy and casemanagement.
Responsibilities include advocacy, case management, medication administration, starting/stopping medications as per medical provider advice, and providing feedback on effectiveness. Candidates should be adaptable, establish connections with teenagers effortlessly, and show a keen interest in working with this age group and individuals who have complex trauma. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Competitive hourly salary range of $30 to $35 an hour.
