As Office Manager at Doors Plus Docks, you will play an important role in operations. You will be the glue of the team and will be responsible for managing and anticipating the administrative needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive in their approach, outgoing, passionate about the sales industry, responsible, and eager for growth.
Responsibilities:
Gender Only: Women age between 28 to 45 years
Manage service requests.
Effectively manage all office supply inventories,
Keep all permits and regulations updated and published (vehicle registration, insurance, license)
Keep employee files complete and up-to-date, maintain a performance report per employee.
Supervision of accounts payable (suppliers)
Inventory management
Planning of services and coordination with technicians
Maintain effective communication with clients (a corporate phone is provided)
Highly motivated, focused and goal-oriented with a proven track record in manager/coordinator/sales.
Excellent negotiation skills..
Language: Fluent English (Required) / Spanish (Required)
Compensation:
Annual starts from $35,000 to $48,000
Base Salary starts from $760.00 week
