HVAC Service Technician | $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Depending on experience and union card
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, | 7:00am to 4:00pm | occasional overtime
Job Duties:
- Dispatched to calls by our expertly trained in-house dispatcher
- Service, maintenance, repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Consulting customers on repair or replacement options as needed
- Educating customers on new technology and IAQ accessories
- Providing the customer with a high-quality experience
- Testing and balancing systems

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service and repair experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and service a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, solutions-oriented approach
- Knowledge of airflow management and air balancing principles
- Ability to assess customer concerns, explain repair options, and recommend cost-effective solutions that meet both customer and company needs
- Completion of an accredited HVAC technical or trade school program preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $28 - $40
