You will be responsible for building the roadmap, running the experiments, managing resources, improving visibility across search engines and AI platforms, and ultimately driving measurable revenue outcomes.If you’re obsessed with performance, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to turn organic channels into predictable pipeline machines, this is the place for you.ResponsibilitiesOwn and Execute the Organic Growth StrategyBuild annual and quarterly strategies across SEO and generative AI search.Deliver forecasts tied to traffic, conversions, and pipeline with increasing accuracy.Execute and complete 100% of quarterly roadmap initiatives.Grow High-Intent Organic Traffic and PipelineOwn website roadmap with focus on increasing traffic to priority pages, branded search demand, and overall inbound opportunities.Partner with content team to publish new articles and refresh existing pages to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions.Develop content frameworks that strengthen E-E-A-T and category authority and drive visibility resulting in increased inbound pipelin.Lead Generative AI Search & Entity OptimizationImprove visibility across Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, Claude, and emerging AI search engines.Optimize schema markup, citations, authorship, and brand/entity signals.Track and expand DoorLoop’s presence in AI-generated answers.Manage Vendors, Freelancers, and SEO/AI ToolsOwn the SEO and worth with content team on keeping budget spend on target.Evaluate tools and vendors based on performance and ROI.Build and manage a bench of content and technical freelancers to scale production.Monitor, Report, and Resolve Technical IssuesDeliver weekly and monthly performance reports.Monitor rankings, GSC data, GA4 analytics, Core Web Vitals, and indexation.Identify and resolve technical issues rapidly to avoid traffic or conversion loss.Conduct SERP & Competitor IntelligenceTrack competitor movements in both traditional and AI-driven search.Identify gaps and new ranking opportunities monthly.Stay ahead of search engine and AI platform changes.Benefits: Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.Medical, dental, and vision insurance: we offer medical coverage for employees through United Healthcare and dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with 25% coverage for dependents across all plans.Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.Disability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop.Paid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.Monthly stipend: a dedicated budget for work-related expenses.Best-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for success.Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. Requirements:7 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or related performance marketing roles.Deep technical SEO knowledge (architecture, HTML, performance optimization, structured data).Proven success growing demos, pipeline, and revenue from organic channels.Experience optimizing for both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines.Strong understanding of content strategy, E-E-A-T, and entity authority.Demonstrated ability to run structured AB tests and CRO experiments.Advanced analytical skills with mastery of GSC, GA4, leading SEO tools, and experimentation frameworks.Ability to manage freelancers, vendors, and a budget effectively.PreferredExperience scaling organic programs for a B2B SaaS company.Comfort working cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, demand gen, and web teams.Experience with programmatic SEO, embeddings, or AI-assisted content workflows.Ability to move fast, stay organized, and consistently deliver on deadlines.Apply TodayIf you're ready to take full ownership of our organic engine and build one of the highest-performing SEO AI search programs in SaaS, we’d love to meet you.Please apply with as much detail as possible, and avoid using AI to write your answers, as we run these through AI checkers.
