About The Role
You will be a key driver of merchant growth and success for DoorDash's autonomous delivery partners. This is a hybrid role spanning merchant sales, onboarding, and ongoing success. You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
- Pitch and onboard new merchants to drive autonomous delivery growth and adoption, through direct outreach and in coordination with account managers and sales teams
- Own end-to-end merchant onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth launch experience
- Conduct regular success check-ins and follow-ups with merchants to collect feedback and learnings that inform product development
- Maintain and manage merchant enablement in internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Support new pilot launches with enterprise partners, providing onsite assistance and closely tracking store performance to identify and resolve issues
- 1-2 years of function-specific experience in sales, account management, merchant success, or operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills with experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to travel to merchants to train staff and perform on-site audits to assess product performance and gather feedback
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias toward execution

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
