Job Overview:
Door Works Overhead Door is seeking talented garage door technicians. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years experience servicing garage doors along with knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment and supplies used in the residential garage door industry
Mechanical aptitude knowledge and skilled in using various hand and power tools
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and general public
Garage door service technicians are the conduit to giving homeowners the best experience possible with our company. Because we value the homeowner experience and work to attain a 5-star rating from every visit to their home, we see service technicians as leaders in the organization. As our technician, you will be responsible for the sales and service of residential and custom garage doors.
Technicians travel to homeowners requesting service for their garage door and listen to their needs to ensure the homeowner is completely taken care of by Door Works Overhead Door. No day is the same, and this position is well-supported by our in-office staff to ensure success.
This position requires completing a full performance assessment of the customer's current door system, sharing information about how the door can be improved with additional part replacement or replaced with a new door, if need be.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a garage door technician is required.
