Trim Carpentry Field Superintendent Responsibilities
· Pre-walk upcoming installation projects to verify readiness and fitness of the site, identifying potential problems and determining solutions .
Direct the activities of finish carpenters who perform installation duties at various job sites. Site locations are primarily in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley and surrounding areas.
· Enforce operating procedures, quality standards, and compliance with all safety requirements.
· Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.
· Provide finish carpenters with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines.
· Proactively evaluate potential problems on the job and initiate action to limit negative outcomes.
Trim Carpentry Field Superintendent Qualifications
· Highly-skilled finish carpenter
· Experience working at a supervisory level in the home building industry, preferably ground-up experience.
· Custom home building experience preferred.
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Company Phone Provided
· Ability to pass E-verify and drug screening process
· Valid Driver’s License - Company Vehicle Provided
