Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Overhead Door Technician role based in Indianapolis, IN. The technician will handle the installation, service, and repair of commercial door systems, including overhead door systems, along with automatic sliding and swinging doors, hollow metal doors, and high-speed roll-up doors. Day-to-day tasks include instalation of overhead doors, conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining accurate service records. The role involves using specialized tools, operating company vehicles, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial overhead door systems

- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues within overhead door systems
- Knowledge of overhead door safety standards, building codes, and proper compliance practices
- Familiarity with using specialized tools and operating service vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
