What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse/Lead - Clinic Services/Algoma - Full-time position at Door County Medical Center?
In collaboration with the Director of Clinic Operations, Chief Clinical Officer and Administrative Assistant, the RN/Lead will oversee and/or facilitate the care delivery model, care processes, department policies/procedures, department orientation, competency validation and staff development programs to ensure operations function at maximum levels of efficiency and exceed patient expectations. Functions as a clinical expert, mentors and supports the planning and development of care for Clinic Services – Satellite locations. This individual will serve as a leader and role model for staff and will actively participate in organizational and department decision-making.
Education Required: Graduate of accredited school of nursing, WI license. BSN preferred.
Related Years of Experience Required: Three to Five years clinic experience preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required: CPR required, ACLS recommended.
Shift: Working 40 hours a week at the Algoma Clinic. Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. This individual will work 50% as clinic lead and 50% in direct patient care.
Education
Required- Associates or better in Nursing
- Bachelors or better in Nursing

Required- CERT BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
