What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Representative/Behavioral Health - Clinic Services - Full-time position at Door County Medical Center?
The Patient Service Representative answers telephone calls in a timely, pleasant, effective manner and knowledge to schedule appointments. Responsible for reception and registration process and performs additional routine clerical duties as needed.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience: Previous experience in patient registration and/or healthcare reception preferred.
Shift: Working 40 hours a week in the Behavioral Health Department in the clinic, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
