Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Technician based in Sturgeon Bay, WI. The Field Technician will be responsible for providing a variety of turf and pest control services to residential and commercial customers. this position is a 4-day work week and gives you the ability to maintain a work life balance easily and promotes an employee first work environment. Candidates are responsible for the care and maintenance of their company provided vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver great customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area
- Previous experience in a technical or field service role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are beneficial
