We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales Professional to join our team at our location in Williamsburg Premium Outlets. As a Sales Professional, you will play an important role in representing our brand, showcasing our timeless styles, and providing an exceptional shopping experience to our valued customers. Your ability to build meaningful relationships and your passion for our products will contribute to the success and reputation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Service:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.
• Provide detailed product information, including materials, craftsmanship, and style options.
• Ensure an unforgettable shopping experience by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Manage and process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including handbags, jewelry, scarves, and other accessories.
• Stay updated on product trends and classic styles to better assist customers in their accessory choices.
• Effectively communicate the brand's heritage, quality standards, and uniqueness to customers.

Visual Merchandising:

• Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout, including product displays and window arrangements.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that reflect our brand image.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and report on product inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and displaying new merchandise.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Share customer feedback and insights with colleagues and management to improve our product selection and service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
• A genuine passion for classic products and an eye for style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a neat and organized environment.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management is a plus.
