We're currently seeking talented Construction Project Managers to join our growing team in Oakwood, Georgia. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain exceptional quality control standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated success in project coordination and leadership.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP) a plus.
